SD crash please help to recover my data

Hi can somebody please guide me to recover my data for my machine to the state it was the sd card crashed and lost all my data on it. Its not worth it to pay for the new updates. I am working on older model cars and the software I had is sufficient for me for the next couple of years. My machine is a autel maxisys pro 908. It will much appreciated if somebody can guide me in the right direction. RegardsTags: PRO

What's your product model? If it is Maxisys, the SD card is mounted in the device. How could it get crashed? Have you backup the Scan folder before? If not, I am sorry, there is no way to retrieve the files back. -

So there is no way to retrieve the data? I have the same issue. All the vehicles have
disappeared. What to do to get that back?? -

Did you select English language? Could you please let us know what action did you execute? Factory Reset? If your device has been out of updating. It is suggested you contact support@autel.com. Please describe your operation steps in details.
